Return value

All cases should be emailed to the service team at Strictlyfurnitureenquiries@outlook.com. If the product is defective, you should include a photo if possible of the product in question.

We want our clients to be 100% satisfied with our product. Otherwise, you can return the product unused and in its original packaging within 14 days under a full money-back guarantee. Items that require assembly cannot be replaced after being assembled.

Please note that you are responsible for ensuring that all products are in their original packaging and packed securely upon delivery.

The exceptions to this warranty are:

Product without original packaging

All returns will incur a return shipping fee based on the returned product.

 

Defective

If you receive a product with a defect or manufacturing defect at the time of delivery, you must report it within 5 business days. We are not responsible for any damage found after assembly, so please check all parts for damage before assembling. Email our customer service team at Strictlyfurnitureenquiries@outlook.com. Please attach a photo so that we can analyse the error. We will contact you to arrange the shipment of the replacement.

All of our products are covered by a one year structural warranty. If any of our products break down during this time, please contact us. We will issue a replacement product.

The exceptions to this warranty are:

Household goods used in a commercial environment

General damage

Disability due to abuse

Electric appliances

The fabric fades from sunlight

Leakage from the outer cover

If the box / package are damaged upon receipt, it is advisable to inspect the product inside before signing.

If the product in a damaged package cannot be inspected upon receipt and after opening and it is clear that it has been damaged in transit, it must be reported within 5 business days. When returning a product, please note that you are responsible for using the original packaging and ensuring that the packaging is tightly packaged.

If you use your own courier to deliver or return the item, we will not be responsible for any damaged item. Therefore, you cannot request a refund or exchange.

Wrong product

We strive to solve the problem to amicable solutions. All product sizes, dimensions, weights and colours are estimates. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product dimensions are correct and to contact you in a reasonable time. If the product is not suitable, it must be returned in its original, unassembled, unused package. Unfortunately, you cannot get the item back without packing it.
